Jon Frolick has been a professional drummer and entertainer since his first paid “gig” in 1971. He was hired to perform at an Octoberfest event and was picked because at age 15, he was already a solid player who could lay down a “killer” polka beat. Since then, he has made his living on the drums with thousands of performances, sessions, and tours across North America.
For the past 22 years, Jon has been based in Canmore Alberta where he leads his own cover band Suzie Q as well as performing with his other group the Jazz Plus Trio.
Jon now has limited availability during the week for private drum instruction. He welcomes beginning students as well as more experienced players requiring master class instruction. This is your opportunity to study with one of the most experienced drummers in Alberta.
